Product, Strategy & Innovation
Bioengineer who ended up in product. By day I lead agentic commerce strategy at GoCardless. The rest of the time I am co-founding Superposition, shipping apps, and building the tools I wished existed.
Everything below is something I actually built or ran, including the ones that are switched off.
Start-ups
Things I founded, or helped found.
Superposition.bio
Since 2025Co-founder & CEO
Biological signals, decoded. Electrochemical assays with the analytics layer built in, spun out of Imperial's Güder Lab. TRL 5, three Gates Foundation grants, ConceptionX Cohort 9.
Friyays.club
Since 2026Founder
The social calendar for plans that actually happen. Most plans die in a group chat; Friyays turns the intention into a date everyone can see. On the App Store, Android in beta, plus browser and MCP.
EXPeditions
2019-2021, and since 2024Co-founder, Product & Operations
Science media for curious thinkers. Joined as the first employee, built the product across iOS, back-office and web, then moved to London to open the production office. Returned in 2024 as co-founder and fractional lead.
inaglobe
2017-2024Co-founder & CEO
Embedding humanitarian engineering into university curricula. 28 projects, 130+ students and four universities, with £200k+ of follow-on funding raised by the ventures that came out of it. Imperial's Outstanding Student Achievement award, 2017.
Published projects, tools & resources
Out in the world, usable by someone other than me.
Duosh.dev
Since 2026Two products under one roof. Prologue is offline-first prompt capture, built to catch a thought before it evaporates, on TestFlight, in the browser and over MCP. Tandem is collaborative coding, in beta.
12monkeys.africa
Since 2026Supporting sustainable tourism in the Rwenzori, Uganda, and across East Africa. Built for Nelson Mbazima, a guide on Mt Stanley and Peak Margherita who had the expertise and the photographs but no way for anyone to find him.
work-os
Since 2025Productivity set-up, inspired by fellow builders. Health, finance, projects and inbox in one dashboard over a text-first knowledge base and a fleet of scheduled agents. Private, detail on request.
EXPeditions revival strategy
2024Developed the strategy for the transition from a B2C business model to a B2B one, driven by partnerships with research institutions.
inaglobe open source resource
Published 2024A resource to enable universities, students and innovators to build new technologies collaboratively and inclusively.
Nanopaint for passive cooling
Published 2025Co-authored at Rozzeta Dolah's invitation, separately from the mentoring. Optimising a nanopaint that lowers building temperature passively, using the Taguchi method. Journal of Advanced Research in Micro and Nano Engineering, indexed in Scopus.
Imperial College design research
2018-2019Design research for low-resource contexts in Anthony Bull's lab, covering prosthetics and assistive devices, with fieldwork in Cambodia and Tanzania alongside amputees, their families and health workers. Two post-docs took the work on afterwards and it spun out as Go Assistive Technology, now building all-terrain lower-limb prosthetics.
Paediatric Blast Injury Field Manual
2018-2019Editorial support and review, working with Emily Mayhew. The first field manual for treating children injured by explosive weapons, from Imperial's Centre for Blast Injury Studies with Save the Children. Now translated into eight languages and in use across conflict zones.
Advisory & consulting
Work done for other people's ventures.
Royal Academy of Engineering Advance
2024, 2025Advisory Board Member
Advisory board support to four engineering ventures across two Advance cohorts, run with St John's Innovation Centre in Cambridge, covering business model, pricing, go-to-market and investor readiness. Mizu Paint, a carbon-capturing alternative to conventional paint out of Malaysia. Ekomuro H2O+, vertical rainwater walls built from recycled PET bottles in Colombia. Mamlo Foods, women-led decentralised peanut processing in Kenya. And Yo-Waste, on-demand waste collection in Kampala.
Paige
Advisor
Advisory support as Paige spun out of inaglobe. Paige Connect adapts a braille writer for instant translation and gamified learning, and is now used by over a thousand teachers and learners.
Phillbox
Advisor
Advisory support as Phillbox spun out of inaglobe. A smart pillbox improving medication adherence for children and adolescents at Casa do Gaiato in Maputo, Mozambique, where high HIV prevalence had left health workers monitoring chronic illness by hand.
Archived
Switched off. Kept because building them taught me something.
cal
2026A booking tool from scratch. DST-correct availability solved across every calendar I run, and server-side booking so invitees never had to authenticate. Retired once Google shipped the same thing in a plan I was already paying for.
Next.js, luxon, Google Calendar API
